We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product unless that product falls within any of the exceptions listed below.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
We will not grant a refund based on software incompatibility.
We will not grant a refund if the buyer has done a one-on-one coaching call which is part of the product or as a bonus to the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the customer has already logged into the member's area.
Subscriptions and Memberships
Subscriptions and memberships are not subject to a refund; they are by cancellation only.
